How do online consultations work?

After you pay, your booking is confirmed straight away. You'll get a calendar invitation and a secure video meeting link by email, and the link is always in your dashboard. Just join at the scheduled time from your browser.

Can I reschedule or cancel a consultation?

Yes. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the session from your dashboard. Cancellations made within 24 hours aren't refundable. If your expert has to cancel, you'll get a full refund.

How do payments work?

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. You can pay by card, and Apple Pay or Google Pay where available. You'll receive a receipt and can download invoices from your dashboard.
